The Starr County Youth Wild Game Dinner takes place annually and features wild game from around the world. The Wild Game Dinner also functions as a scholarship fundraiser for the Starr County Fair Association Scholarships. Live and silent auctions, as well as live music entertainment, were provided for guests.
