Chris Marshall of the Payne Street Team took place in the Hidalgo County 4-H 32nd Annual Hoedown Vegas Style event over the weekend while mc’ing the event and playing guitar for Lauren Corzine.
What is The Hidalgo County 4-H Youth Development Foundation? The organization start in November 1967 for the purpose of developing community support for the 4-H program. The Foundations goal would be able to help 4-H youth to participate and mold leadership skills and training programs at the county, state, and national levels.
