The Coastal Conservation Association of the Lower Laguna Madre Chapter hosted its 19th Annual Banquet in Port Isabel Event & Culture Center on August 24, 2023. The Coastal Conservation Association is a non-profit marine conservation organization. CCA’s strength are drawn from the thousands of recreational saltwater anglers who make up its membership. CCA’s stance is in the conservation and restoration of our coastal marine resources.
