As he reflects upon his career, he can hardly believe that it has been 19 years since he became a cherished member of the Payne Auto Group family in 2004. It’s a journey filled with dedication, perseverance, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
The technician’s journey began as an advisor, and for eight years, he diligently served in this role, putting in countless hours of hard work. The passion he poured into his work was evident to all who knew him, and he soon became known as one of the most devoted employees at Payne Auto Group. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he was, without a doubt, the happiest Payne employee anyone had ever seen.
As the years rolled by, the technician’s dedication bore fruit. He received his first promotion as a service manager assistant, and it was as if the world was his for the taking. The smile on his face was a testament to the joy he found in his role. But he was far from complacent. For the next four years, he tirelessly worked as an assistant manager, striving to better himself and contribute more to the Payne Auto Group family.
Then came the moment he had dreamed of – he was appointed as the service and parts director. It was a position that brought fulfillment to his career, and despite the challenges and ups and downs that came with it, he was content in his heart, knowing he was making a significant difference.
One day, the technician received news that he would be taking on a new role as the service and parts director in Rio Grande City. For five years, he poured his heart and soul into improving the Rio Grande City store, setting it on a path of growth and success. And then, fate smiled upon him once more, offering him the opportunity to return to the very store where his journey with Payne Auto Group had begun in 2004.
Working as a service and parts director at ED Payne Motors for 2.5 years, he not only improved sales but also experienced personal growth. It was during this time that he began to yearn for a new way to make a significant difference within the Payne Auto Group family.
Despite the numerous challenges and successes along the way, the technician remained committed to his journey. Whether or not there were awards, he considered himself a shining star, grateful for every opportunity. And then, in a moment that felt like a dream come true, he was named the general manager.
As he stands at the pinnacle of his career, he knows that the journey has been one of growth, dedication, and transformation. With unwavering determination, he is ready to prove his worth, dedication, and commitment to Payne Auto Group as he takes on the role of a Payne Rio Grande City CDJR & Payne Rio Grande City Ford – General Manager.
