WIN $1,000 During the Rio Grande Valley Live Stock Show

1. Sponsor

The $1,000 Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Payne Auto Group (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are:

At least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry

In possession of a valid U.S. driver’s license

Able to provide proof of U.S. citizenship if selected as the potential winner

Have attended the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show during the promotional period where the official Sweepstakes point-of-sale display was presented

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates publicly posted by Sponsor (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Eligible individuals may enter during the Promotion Period by completing the official entry method provided at the Rio Grande Valley Livestock Show point-of-sale display.

Limit one (1) entry per person unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The drawing will occur within a reasonable time after the Promotion Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within the timeframe specified by Sponsor and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release (where lawful).

Failure to respond or provide required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded: $1,000.00 USD.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes. If required by law, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree:

To release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize

That Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion.

8. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
